Last updated June 2026. Please read this — especially the disclosure below.
In plain terms: the "chatters" Chatly Hub puts in a room are automated character accounts (bots) that you connect and control. They are software — not independent, separate people — and they post pre-written lines on a human-like schedule to add energy and ambiance to a live room.
Our marketing talks about a room that feels "alive" and "full of chatters" because that's the experience the product creates. We want to be completely clear here that it is automation, operated by you, the account holder.
You are responsible for how you use Chatly Hub, including following the rules, terms, and policies of any third-party platform where you run it. Some platforms restrict or prohibit automation, bots, or fake engagement, and may require disclosure. You are responsible for knowing and complying with those rules, and for any disclosure obligations you may have to your own audience.
You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to operate. You may only run Chatly Hub in rooms you own or have permission to be in. You agree not to use the service to harass, impersonate a specific real individual, deceive people into financial harm, or for anything illegal.
Chatly Hub is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any streaming or content platform it may connect to.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific results, uptime, or that any third-party platform will permit the activity. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chatly Hub is not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including account actions taken by third-party platforms.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version. Questions? See the FAQ or get in touch through your account.
