Your Fansly account data is read and stored only to run the Studio and the Stream Bot for you — to show your numbers, your audience and your vault, and to let your stream co-host post your menu, announcements, commands and thank-yous from your own profile while you're live. It is never sold, and never shared for advertising.
If you switch on the optional engagement tools, the service reads what it needs to run them: it reads the public chat in a room it's active in to respond in the moment, and — only if you enable the inbox tools — it reads your Fansly direct messages and stores recent conversation history so it can draft and send the replies you control and show your inbox in your dashboard. This is used only to run those tools for you — never sold, and never shared for advertising. You can turn them off at any time and request deletion of stored messages through your account.
We take extra care with your data. It's held with strict access controls, protected in transit, and used only to operate the service for you. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except as needed to run the service at your direction or where required by law. We don't publish the specifics of our infrastructure, and we keep access tightly limited — both to protect your account.
You can disconnect any connected account at any time, which removes its stored token. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through your account.
Chatly Hub connects to third-party platforms at your direction. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies. See our Terms & Disclosure for how the product works.
We may update this policy; continued use means you accept the current version.
