Privacy

What we collect

• Your account — the email and password you sign up with.
• Connected accounts — when you connect a character account, the login is exchanged for an access token; we store the token, not your password.
• Usage — basic operational data (which rooms run, settings, status) so the service works.

How it's stored

Account data is held in our managed database (Supabase) with access controls. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except as needed to operate the service or where required by law.

Your control

You can disconnect a connected account at any time, which removes its stored token. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through your account.

Third parties

Chatly Hub connects to third-party platforms at your direction. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies. See our Terms & Disclosure for how the product works.

Changes

We may update this policy; continued use means you accept the current version.
